These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Atlas Pet Waste (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling or receiving services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Atlas Pet Waste offers pet waste removal services for residential and commercial properties on a one-time or recurring basis. Services may include:

  • Pet waste scooping and disposal
  • Odor/turf treatments (if applicable)
  • Haul-away add-ons for waste (optional)

2. Service Scheduling & Access

  • If access if not available (e.g., locked gates, aggressive pets, or obstructions), the visit may be skipped and will not be refunded.
  • Missed services due to holidays or severe weather will be rescheduled or adjusted at our discretion.
  • Customers agree to provide safe and accessible entry to the yard/property on the scheduled day.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Service is billed at flat monthly rates.
  • Optional haul-away add-on is $5 per visit.
  • All payment is due in advance and billed through our secure payment processor.
  • Late or declined payments may result in suspension of service until balance is paid.

4. Waste Removal Limitations

  • We scoop pet waste only (no yard debris, trash, or hazardous waste).
  • Waste is double-bagged and placed in the customer's bin unless haul-away is selected.
  • If your yard is excessively soiled due to long gaps between cleanings, a one-time surcharge may apply to restore serviceability.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining safe and pet-accessible yards.
  • Notifying us of changes to access or service needs.
  • Securing aggressive pets indoors or away from the service area during visits.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • No refunds are issued for skipped visits due to lack of access or early cancellations within an active billing cycle.

7. Liability

Atlas Pet Waste is not liable for:

  • Damage to lawns due to pet waste
  • Injuries caused by pets or unsafe yard conditions
  • Property issues outside of scope of normal service

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
