We offer flexible purchasing options to fit your pet waste removal needs. Please review our policy regarding subscriptions, one-time services, cancellations, and rescheduling.


1. Purchase Options

One-Time Service

  • Billed upfront at the time of booking
  • Includes a full yard scoop and waste disposal (customer bin or optional haul-away)
  • Cannot be rescheduled or refunded once service has been rendered

Recurring Service (Weekly or Bi-Weekly)

  • Billed monthly in advance at a flat rate
  • Continues automatically until canceled
  • Includes regular scooping, bagging and disposal on scheduled service days
  • Optional $5 per visit haul-away add-on can be included at checkout

2. Cancellation Policy

🛑 Recurring Services

  • If cancelled mid-month, no prorated refunds will be issued for unused visits

🚫 No-Access Policy

  • If we cannot access your yard due to locked gates, loose dogs, or obstructions, the visit will be skipped but still charged

3. Rescheduling & Weather Policy

  • In the event of inclement weather or unsafe conditions, service may be postponed and rescheduled at our discretion
  • We will notify you of any schedule changes due to weather or holidays

4. Refund Policy

  • No refunds are issued for completed services or missed visits due to access issues
  • For billing issues, please contact us within 7 days of the charge
  • We do not offer refunds or unused visits in a recurring plan unless the service was not performed due to our error
